Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products & for hygiene reasons:
We allow for exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

The exchange will only be accepted if you meet ALL the criteria below:
• You bring in the original receipt.
• White Valenci hanging tag is still on.
• The hijab is still in good condition.
• If its a gift, you should have the gift receipt.

We do not do refunds.
